Cellugoo? Sounds legit. Probably something to do with leather consolidation.
Measures approx. 16 x 12 mm (minus the pin on the back)
Materials: ‘shrink plastic’ (a type of polystyrene often called Shrinky Dinks or Shrinkles), inks, and paint markers
